In this role, you will play a crucial part in closing financial year-end accounts, navigating complex tax regulations, and guiding clients through sophisticated accounting and tax matters. Your expertise will make a real impact as you mentor junior accountants and provide invaluable insights to our diverse client portfolio.

Your Role: Autonomy, Expertise and Growth

Are you ready to make a difference? In this position, you will have both the freedom and the responsibility to manage the year-end financial closing process from A to Z. You will ensure the accurate and timely execution of accounting and tax obligations while serving as a trusted advisor for clients who rely on your expertise.

What will you do?

• Lead the Year-End Closing Process: You maintain oversight and ensure that all accounting and tax requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide High-Impact Advice: Your insights and recommendations help clients address accounting and tax challenges efficiently and effectively.
• Grow from Operational to Strategic: Start with hands-on accounting and closing activities while progressively expanding your advisory role and delivering more strategic support to clients.

About You

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tax and accounting services.
• Ambitious, driven, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills in French or Dutch, and English.
• Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable using modern software tools and technology to improve efficiency and service quality.
