In this role as

HR Manager

you are responsible for HR operations and the operational implementation of HR policy across the various countries where Kappa Data is active. You combine broad HR knowledge with a pragmatic and human approach, and you are a trusted, approachable and engaged HR partner for employees and managers alike.

An overview of your responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for HR operations and the operational implementation of HR policy across the various Kappa Data locations, working closely with group management.
You are the point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related questions, ensuring fast and accurate follow-up.
You guide the full employee journey: from onboarding to development, evaluations, internal growth and offboarding. You actively focus on retaining our talented employees.
You support managers with HR-related questions and act as a trusted sparring partner.
You contribute to the further harmonization and optimization of HR processes across countries, respecting local legislation.
You coordinate operational HR and payroll administration in collaboration with the local HR colleague, social secretariats and external HR partners.
You don't need to be a specialist in the social legislation of every country, but you know when to bring in the right external expertise and translate that advice into correct, pragmatic action.
You monitor payroll processes and ensure accurate personnel administration.
You guide and support recruitment processes from A to Z. You follow up with candidates closely, in a warm and professional way, so that they get a positive impression of Kappa Data as an employer from the very first contact.
You oversee performance management, talent development and training initiatives.
You streamline and harmonize the HR approach across the different countries.
You visit our foreign offices regularly to support employees and local managers.

PROFILE
You have several years of relevant experience in a similar HR role, where you were responsible for both soft HR and operational HR. Experience in an international environment is an asset, but not a must.
In addition, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
You are a reliable, honest and discreet point of contact for employees and managers. Thanks to your empathy and communication skills, you easily build relationships of trust.
You are approachable, easy to reach, and make time for the people within the organization.
You have broad HR knowledge and feel at home in both soft HR and operational HR.
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Law or a related field.
You work hands-on, are well organized, and ensure structured and accurate follow-up of HR questions, files and projects.
You take ownership, think proactively, and take a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
You enjoy working with colleagues and external partners, but can also independently set the right priorities.
You have an excellent command of Dutch, French and English.
You are willing to visit our foreign offices.
Depending on where you live, you will work from our office in De Pinte (Belgium) or Lille (France).
