Als IT Officer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers. Je biedt kwaliteitsvolle eerstelijnsondersteuning en zorgt ervoor dat onze IT-werkomgeving vlot en betrouwbaar functioneert.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Support & Helpdesk: Je helpt gebruikers bij het oplossen van dagelijkse incidenten met betrekking tot hardware, netwerk, beveiliging en samenwerkingstools.
  • Beheer van het IT-materiaal: Je configureert, installeert en rolt desktops, laptops en randapparatuur (printers, schermen, enz.) uit.
  • Infrastructuur & Systemen: Je werkt mee aan het onderhoud van onze servers, het beheer van back-ups en de stabiliteit van het netwerk.
  • Projecten: Je bent actief betrokken bij verschillende projecten rond de verdere ontwikkeling van onze IT-infrastructuur.

Opleiding / Ervaring

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in Informatica en/of gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring.

Technische vaardigheden

  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Windows en Microsoft 365 (Office).
  • Goede kennis van netwerken (TCP/IP).
  • Kennis van Linux is een pluspunt.

Talen

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Frans en beschikt over een zeer goede operationele kennis van Nederlands (tweetalige werkomgeving).

Soft skills

  • Je bent communicatief, oplossingsgericht en blijft rustig tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en proactief en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.

En tant qu’IT Officer, vous êtes le premier point de contact de nos collaborateurs. Vous fournissez un support de première ligne de qualité et veillez au bon fonctionnement de notre environnement informatique.


Vos principales responsabilités

  • Support & Helpdesk : Vous aidez les utilisateurs à résoudre les incidents quotidiens liés au matériel informatique, aux réseaux, à la sécurité et aux outils collaboratifs.
  • Gestion du matériel informatique : Vous configurez, installez et déployez les ordinateurs fixes, les ordinateurs portables et les périphériques (imprimantes, écrans, etc.).
  • Infrastructure & Systèmes : Vous participez à la maintenance de nos serveurs, à la gestion des sauvegardes et à la stabilité du réseau.
  • Projets : Vous contribuez activement à différents projets visant à développer et améliorer notre infrastructure informatique.


Formation / Expérience

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en informatique et/ou vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle pertinente équivalente.

Compétences techniques

  • Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Windows et Microsoft 365 (Office).
  • Bonne connaissance des réseaux (TCP/IP).
  • La connaissance de Linux constitue un atout.

Langues

  • Vous communiquez couramment en français et disposez d’une très bonne connaissance opérationnelle du néerlandais (environnement de travail bilingue).

Soft skills

  • Vous êtes communicatif, orienté solutions et gardez votre calme durant les périodes de forte activité.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome et proactive tout en sachant définir les bonnes priorités.
