Contexte
Dans le cadre d’un projet industriel stratégique en Belgique visant à accroître les capacités de purification de plasma d’un site pharmaceutique de premier plan, Akkodis recherche un(e) Ingénieur Commissioning & Qualification .
Intégré(e) à une équipe projet en phase d’exécution et de mise en service, vous contribuerez à la coordination, au suivi et à la réalisation des activités de Commissioning, Qualification et Computer System Validation (CSV) sur des équipements et systèmes critiques dans un environnement GMP.
Votre rôle en tant qu’Ingénieur Validation C&Q :
• Participer aux activités de Commissioning & Qualification des nouvelles installations conformément aux exigences du projet.
• Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour du plan de Commissioning & Qualification.
• Réaliser les activités C&Q sur les équipements de process tels que les systèmes de chromatographie, centrifugeuses, cuves et lignes de remplissage aseptique.
• Rédiger, mettre à jour et maintenir la documentation CSV (VPP, SRA, FRP, DRA, etc.).
• Développer et exécuter les livrables CSV : Design Review, Design Qualification, protocoles IQ/OQ et rapports associés.
• Veiller à ce que les écarts et problématiques liés au Commissioning & Qualification soient correctement traités tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
• Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du responsable CQV.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Engineering, Production et Qualité.
• Apporter un support aux utilisateurs dans l’utilisation de l’outil Kneat.
Profil
• Diplôme d’Ingénieur ou Master à orientation scientifique, pharmaceutique ou technique.
• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant qu’Ingénieur CSV dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.
• Expérience confirmée en Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes :
• Connaissance des environnements réglementés GMP et des activités de qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Expérience avec l’outil Kneat est un atout.
• Excellente capacité d’adaptation et d’intégration dans un environnement projet dynamique.
• Esprit analytique, rigueur et autonomie.
