As Marketing Director for FundsPlace youll sit at the heart of a growth business influencing product direction commercial priorities and market positioning. Youll partner with senior leaders across the organization to turn client insights into action build compelling go-to-market strategies and drive measurable impact in the global asset management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy for FundsPlace driving client engagement adoption lead generation and measurable commercial results.
• Translate business priorities into impactful marketing plans spanning positioning messaging content campaigns digital channels and events.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches ensuring consistent execution across the product lifecycle.
• Act as the voice of the client and market leveraging customer insights industry trends and competitive intelligence to shape marketing and business decisions.
• Influence product and commercial strategy through data-driven recommendations on market opportunities target segments and value propositions.
• Own and evolve FundsPlaces positioning messaging and value proposition ensuring consistency across all channels and audiences.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Product Sales Communications Public Affairs Legal and Compliance to align priorities and drive growth.
• Enable commercial success by equipping Sales and Relationship teams with compelling messaging content and client-facing materials.
• Lead cross-functional teams across the organization driving alignment accountability and high-quality execution in a matrix environment.
• Define and monitor KPIs marketing performance and ROI continuously optimizing investment decisions and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory legal brand and data privacy requirements while protecting Euroclears reputation.

Your profile:

• Extensive experience in senior strategic B2B marketing roles ideally within funds or financial services capital markets fintech.
• Strong understanding of the asset management industry.
• Proven track record of delivering marketing strategies that drive measurable commercial results.
• Experience partnering closely with Product and Sales teams to shape strategy and drive adoption.
• Proven ability to lead senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a complex matrix environment; formal line management experience is beneficial but not the primary success factor.
• Degree in Marketing Business Communications or equivalent experience.

Leadership skills:

• Senior stakeholderleadership and communication skills with the ability to build trustshape decisions drive buy-in and create shared ownership around commercial and strategic priorities.
• Ability to act as asenior connector between business areas bridging differing perspectives resolving trade-offs and driving pragmaticdecisions.
