Cost Manager

Monitor and control project budgets providing ongoing cost reviews and trend assessments.
Advise on value engineering and cost optimization strategies to keep projects within budget.
Coordinate the variations process and manage change orders including evaluation of client changes and contra charges.
Review and approve contractor invoices prepare interim payment certificates and oversee the settlement of final accounts.
Attend and contribute to regular cost meetings producing clear and concise monthly cost reports.
Deliver cost advisory services and support value/cost analysis for both internal stakeholders and clients.
Maintain effective communication with project teams contractors and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
Participate in the bid process as required supporting the bidding team with input and pricing for cost management fee services.

Qualifications :

In-depth knowledge of Belgian cost management practices and the local market.
Fluency in English and Dutch or French preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
High degree of accuracy and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong team orientation and customer focus (internal and external).
Advanced proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and MS Project.
