Ready to strengthen our Marketing team As our Marketing Project Manager you will be the driving force behind bringing high-impact marketing projects to life. From planning and prioritization to flawless execution you will keep projects moving and make sure they successfully land on time.

Your Responsibilities

As a Marketing Project Manager you will own the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns ensuring projects move fast stakeholders stay aligned and every initiative is executed with excellence. You will directly report to the Head of Marketing & Growth and your scope will include:

• Taking ownership of end-to-end marketing projects and campaigns from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization.

• Owning media campaigns and budget by defining creative direction together with the agency coordinating stakeholders and monitoring results to continuously improve performance. You decide where the next euro goes you measure what it brought back and you defend it with numbers.

• Managing our SEA strategy including Google Ads campaigns bidding strategies budget optimization and search visibility.

• Owning our social media presence from A-Z creating engaging content managing community interaction and growing our brand across channels.

• Coordinating partnerships and events from identifying opportunities to building/maintaining long-term partnerships.

• Developing and producing POS that strengthen brand visibility and support commercial initiatives.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and contribute to ad hoc growth projects.

Your Profile

• You bring around 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role in-house or agency where you have owned projects end to end.

• You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.

• You have an excellent command of English and Dutch and/or French.

• You have hands-on experience with digital marketing channels including Google Ads and social media platforms. You master marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite Google Analytics and Canva.

• You are comfortable with numbers. You pull and build your own analysis rather than waiting for someone else to produce it and you can explain why you stopped a campaign not just why you launched it.

• You take ownership are proactive and not afraid to move forward. You know how to bring structure to complex projects while keeping stakeholders aligned.

• You combine creativity with strong organizational and project management skills.

• You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
