Commercial Assistant Healthcare deparment

Are you an organized, hands-on professional who enjoys combining commercial support, marketing coordination and international teamwork?

To strengthen our international commercial team, we are looking for a proactive Commercial Assistant. In this role, you will support a wide range of sales and marketing activities across different countries and business units. You will help ensure that customer projects, product launches, marketing materials, commercial reporting and internal follow-up run smoothly and professionally.

You will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory, Operations and Supply Chain. This makes the role ideal for someone who is structured, accurate and customer-oriented, but who also enjoys variety, coordination and working in an international B2B environment.

What will you do?

Sales support

• You support the Business Developer with tenders, quotations, customer requests, forecasting follow-up and regulatory-related commercial input.
• You coordinate customer documentation, product specifications, contracts and commercial agreements.
• You keep customer and product data up to date in our internal systems.
• You act as the go-to contact for European Hybrid delivery orders and ensure proper follow-up with the relevant stakeholders.
• You help prepare customer meetings, business reviews and sales conferences.
• You coordinate sample requests, product information and customer follow-up actions.
• You support distributor and key account management activities.

Marketing support

• You coordinate the development and updating of marketing materials, brochures, presentations and digital content.
• You help ensure brand consistency across sales and marketing communication materials.
• You support product launches, commercial campaigns and customer communication initiatives.
• You coordinate participation in trade fairs, exhibitions and customer events.
• You manage marketing assets such as product photos, certifications, claims and technical documentation.
• You support website and social media content updates where applicable.
• You help gather market intelligence and competitor information.
• You coordinate translations and multilingual content updates for different European markets.

Project coordination and reporting

• You act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory, Operations and Supply Chain.
• You track commercial projects and follow up on action items to help ensure timely completion.
• You support new product introductions and customer implementation projects.
• You coordinate internal approval processes for commercial materials and customer requests.

Who are we looking for?

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Economics or a related field.
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales support, marketing support, commercial administration or a similar role.
• Experience in an international B2B environment is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, hygiene, medical devices or private label businesses is a plus.
• You are highly organized, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different stakeholders across departments and countries.
• You have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, email marketing platforms, website content management systems or social media planning tools is a plus.
• Experience with SAP applications is an advantage.
• You have an analytical mindset and a strong eye for detail.
• You are proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
