Functieomschrijving
  • Négocier les prix avec les partenaires de production en Chine
  • Analyser et ajuster les coûts en fonction des demandes clients
  • Élaborer des ordres de production détaillés sur Excel
  • Suivre l'exécution des commandes à distance et veiller au respect des standards
  • Organiser les expéditions (incoterm FOB)
  • Préparer et vérifier les documents de transport
  • Optimiser le chargement des conteneurs
  • Assurer le suivi des livraisons et le respect des délais
  • Prendre en charge la gestion complète des commandes clients, de l'analyse de faisabilité jusqu'à l'expédition
  • Rédiger les offres commerciales sur base des spécifications techniques
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des projets en garantissant qualité, délais et conformité
  • Gérer les échanges clients exclusivement par email, en anglais
  • Pas de prospection commerciale : vous intervenez uniquement sur des projets existants

  • Diplôme supérieur de type court (commerce extérieur, logistique, transport, droit ou équivalent)
  • Expérience de 5 ans dans un rôle similaire (coordination, back office, projets, logistique)
  • Expérience avec la Chine considérée comme un atout
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du néerlandais
  • Très bon niveau sur Excel (indispensable)
  • Connaissance du chinois est un plus
  • Rigueur, précision et sens du détail
  • Forte capacité d'analyse et esprit critique
  • Autonomie et sens de l'organisation
  • Esprit logique et méthodique
