Integrated Logistic Support Manager

Une entreprise industrielle internationale recherche un Chef de Projet ILS afin de piloter des projets liés au soutien logistique et au maintien en condition opérationnelle de systèmes techniques complexes.


Fonction

  • Piloter les projets ILS et MCO en assurant le suivi des coûts, délais, qualité et livrables.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants techniques, qualité, Supply Chain, achats et partenaires externes.
  • Superviser les activités ILS et RAMS, notamment les analyses de fiabilité, maintenabilité et soutien logistique.
  • Organiser la définition des plans de maintenance, besoins en pièces de rechange, documentation technique, formations, outillages et moyens de test.
  • Intégrer les exigences de soutien dès les phases de développement des nouveaux systèmes.
  • Participer aux offres techniques et commerciales pour les activités relevant de votre périmètre.
  • Coordonner les phases de validation, qualification et industrialisation des solutions de soutien.
  • Piloter les programmes MCO incluant notamment les réparations, pièces de rechange, formations et prestations d'assistance technique.
  • Assurer la relation opérationnelle avec les interlocuteurs clients et veiller au respect des engagements contractuels.


Profil

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur civil ou industriel, idéalement en électromécanique, ou expérience équivalente.
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience en gestion de projets techniques, avec une connaissance du Soutien Logistique Intégré (ILS) et/ou du MCO.
  • Connaissance des méthodologies RAMS, des processus de maintenance et du cycle de vie des produits.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement industriel lié à des systèmes techniques complexes est souhaitée.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel.
  • La connaissance d'un outil PDM et d'un ERP de type BAAN ou équivalent constitue un atout.
  • Bonnes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse, de coordination et de leadership fonctionnel.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, organisation, proactivité et orientation client. xlxgzvr
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
