Job Description

1. Develop and revise the comprehensive safety management system in accordance with local national laws, regulations and corporate policies, promote the implementation of safety procedures in daily operations, and enforce control measures. Formulate emergency response plans and protocols for various operational emergencies, establish mechanisms such as emergency response teams and safety committees to ensure operational and production safety.
2. Establish and refine the loss prevention management system aligned with the company’s business development needs. Prevent corporate asset losses through data governance, investigations and audits, process optimization, and security vendor management.
3. Conduct investigations into all types of unusual incidents, produce investigation reports, formulate corrective actions for identified risks and loopholes, and review the outcomes of rectification work.
4. Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of all on-site safety facilities and surveillance equipment.
5. Collect and organize national/state laws and regulations related to safety and loss prevention, and deliver corresponding work in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
6. Maintain regular communication and close cooperative relations with fire departments and police authorities, with the capability to handle emergency incidents.
7. Assess operational risks, formulate effective mitigation strategies, safeguard the safety of company personnel as well as tangible and intangible assets, and provide comprehensive support for the sustainable development of the business.
8. Take charge of safety management for the in-house transport fleet and drivers, develop and implement a management system for the fleet to reduce the incidence of transport safety accidents.
9. Oversee safety management for last-mile delivery to lower accident rates and merchandise losses in last-mile operations.

Job Requirements

1. Veterans are preferred. Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills in either Chinese or English; sharp judgment and decisive decision-making capabilities.
2. Professional experience: Hands-on experience in safety management, loss prevention, risk management, inspection or related fields.
3. Professional experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in the chain retail or e-commerce industry, including no less than 3 years of team management experience.
4. High integrity, passionate about work, able to work under high pressure. Familiar with basic local national laws, regulations and criminal law, and knowledgeable about online business workflows. xlxgzvr Possess investigation and interviewing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and coordinate with government authorities to resolve emergencies.
