Your mission

As part of the evolution of its Supply Chain organization, MEOGROUP, on behalf of its client, is looking for a Supply Chain Project Lead to support the teams in optimizing and transforming their processes.


You will have a transversal role at the intersection of Supply Chain, Project Management and Process Improvement.

  • Analyze and map existing and future Supply Chain processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose concrete solutions.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interactions between business teams and different stakeholders.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and tools.
  • Occasionally participate in projects related to the evolution of information systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
  • Contribute to change management, communication and documentation of new processes.
  • Participate in testing and validation phases when required.


Your profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management or Process Improvement.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong experience in Supply Chain process analysis, modelling and optimization.
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent workshop and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Good knowledge of ERP/SAP environments is a strong asset, but is not the core of the position.
  • Experience in the transport, industrial or similar sectors is appreciated.
  • Good command of Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. xlxgzvr
