De face-to-face poot van salesUp, staat of valt met de plekken waar onze teams staan: drukke winkelcentra, retaillocaties, events en publieke ruimte. Als Location Lead ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verwerven en beheren van die locaties inclusief alle afspraken, contracten en vergunningen. Jij zorgt dat onze teams altijd op de juiste plek staan.
We werken steeds met een uniek concept per opdrachtgever. Aan jou om dat uniek concept écht te laten shinen.
Je verwerft locaties: je identificeert, benadert en legt kwalitatieve F2F-plekken vast (winkelcentra, retailers, events, publieke ruimte), afgestemd op de campagnes en de drukke publieksstromen.
Je onderhandelt en legt vast: standhuur, voorwaarden, contracten en standplaatsen.
Je regelt vergunningen en toelatingen (o.a. gemeentelijke toelatingen voor publiek domein) en bewaakt de naleving van de huisregels per locatie.
Je beheert de locatiekalender en stemt die af met de Office Leads en Account Leads in functie van de campagnebehoefte.
Je bouwt duurzame relaties met centrummanagers, retailers en steden en bewaakt het imago van salesUp op locatie.
Je zorgt voor opbouw en afbraak op locatie indien nodig.
Je bewaakt de kost versus opbrengst per locatie.

Je hebt een bachelor denk- en werkniveau; kennis van vergunningen, retail of de eventsector is een plus.
Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar, georganiseerd en relatiegericht.
Je werkt zelfstandig en bent mobiel. Rijbewijs B is een must.
Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; Frans en Engels zijn een plus.
