I’m currently recruiting for a high-impact Business Controller role within a growing international organisation. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond traditional reporting and become a true strategic Business Partner to management.

You won’t just be analysing the numbers, you’ll be using them to influence decisions, challenge performance and drive growth.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Analyse P&L, EBITDA, margins, profitability and working capital
• Identify risks, opportunities and commercial growth drivers
• Act as a true Business Partner to senior management
• Challenge business performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Build and improve management reporting, dashboards and KPIs
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and other commercial teams
• Analyse pricing, costs, investments and business cases
• Lead initiatives around process optimisation, automation and digitalisation
• Improve the quality, efficiency and insight of the wider Finance function
• Present financial insights directly to CFO, management and key stakeholders
• Take ownership of projects and areas of responsibility beyond traditional controlling
