We are working with a leading international construction and engineering business delivering major projects across the data centre, logistics, advanced manufacturing and life sciences sectors.
They are looking for a 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 to join the team on a major data centre project in Mons.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administration, HR, compliance or law who wants to develop their career within social and workforce compliance.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
You will support the project’s compliance team, helping to ensure workforce documentation, records and processes are maintained accurately and in line with Belgian and EU requirements.
You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors and labour providers, supporting everything from workforce documentation and compliance trackers to audits and reporting.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Review and organise employment contracts, right-to-work records, timesheets, payslips and posted worker documentation.
• Maintain compliance records, trackers and project documentation.
• Check subcontractor and labour agency documentation.
• Support Belgian workforce requirements, including Limosa and posted worker documentation.
• Assist with social compliance audits and inspections.
• Track compliance issues, corrective actions and outstanding documentation.
• Prepare reports and information for compliance meetings and KPI reporting.
• Liaise with subcontractors and labour providers to obtain required documentation.
• Support workforce welfare initiatives, training and toolbox talks.
• Work alongside HR, Procurement, HSE and Project Management teams.

A legal background could come through either 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 / 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝘄. This could be particularly suited to someone looking to move from a legal background into a practical compliance-focused career.
You should have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and be comfortable managing documentation and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of Belgian employment requirements, Limosa or posted worker regulations would be advantageous but is not essential.
Experience within construction, engineering, data centres or another project-based environment would also be beneficial.
Fluent English is required. French, Dutch or another European language would be advantageous.
