Nous recrutons un/e Customer Support Engineer pour le compte de notre client opérant dans le secteur de la défense et aérospatiale basé à Liège en Belgique.
Mission :
En tant que Customer Support Engineer, vous intégrez le département Customer Support & Service spécialisé dans les systèmes d’armes et les munitions. Vous intervenez auprès des clients internes et externes.
Vous avez la responsabilité de piloter les projets après-vente et d’en assurer le suivi opérationnel, tout en exécutant les différentes demandes de support client : formations, assistance technique, investigations, réparations et campagnes de tir.
