To strengthen our European OPE activities for the ECHO and Shindaiwa brands, we are looking for a hands-on, dynamic & experienced Trilingual Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Wavre, Belgium.

You will report directly to the Head of the OPE Division and work closely with Sales Managers and internal and external marketing partners.

Let’s talk about your role

As Trilingual Marketing Coordinator, you will translate European marketing strategies and brand guidelines into effective local initiatives. You will coordinate multilingual content, digital and offline campaigns, events and retail visibility, while ensuring consistent execution across channels and markets.

This role combines coordination, content localisation, stakeholder management and performance monitoring. It is ideal for someone who enjoys moving from planning to hands-on delivery in an international, technical and customer-focused environment.

What you will do

Campaign coordination and brand consistency

• Coordinate local marketing activities in line with European strategies, brand positioning and visual identity guidelines.

• Turn commercial priorities into clear, practical marketing actions for local markets and the dealer network.

• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, budgets and deliverables to keep projects on track.

Content localisation and multichannel communication

• Localise and adapt marketing materials in Dutch, French and English, taking account of market, cultural and customer specificities.

• Create, coordinate or oversee online and offline content, including websites, email campaigns, brochures, catalogues, blogs, e-magazines and social media.

• Ensure that content is accurate, engaging, on-brand and delivered on time across the relevant channels.

• Draft marketing copy, reports, presentations and press releases when required.

Digital marketing and community engagement

• Adapt social media communication to local audiences and coordinate community management.

• Contribute to e-influence and e-reputation initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

• Coordinate updates and content within relevant digital platforms, including CMS, PIM and DAM environments.

Events, trade marketing and sales support

• Coordinate trade shows, events and meetings, from preparation and communication through to execution and follow-up.

• Develop in-store branding and point-of-sale initiatives that reinforce the visibility of our product offering.

• Support Sales Managers in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of customer and dealer marketing activities.

Performance and budget monitoring

• Define and monitor relevant performance indicators for marketing activities and provide clear follow-up reporting.

• Track budgets and expenses responsibly, identify priorities and highlight risks or deviations in a timely manner.

• Use campaign and market insights to recommend practical improvements and support continuous optimisation.

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field.

• At least three years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, campaign, content or trade marketing role.

• Experience in retail, dealer networks or multichannel distribution.

• Excellent written and spoken Dutch, French and English, with the ability to create and adapt professional content in all three languages.

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage several priorities independently.

• A hands-on, accurate and results-oriented approach, combined with sound budget awareness.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.

• A customer-focused mindset and an interest in understanding user needs and buying behaviours.

• Confidence using Microsoft 365 and working with data, reporting and digital marketing tools.

• Comfort working in a mechanical and technical product environment.

What would be an advantage

• Experience with outdoor power equipment, technical products, durable goods or another dealer-driven market.

• Hands-on knowledge of CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress or Shopify, and/or experience with PIM or DAM systems.

• Proficiency in Adobe tools or other content creation software.

• Experience coordinating trade fairs, retail activation, social media or community management.
