  • Actief ontwikkelen van nieuwe klantrelaties en uitbreiden van bestaande accounts.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk van professionals binnen jouw specialisatie.
  • Identificeren, benaderen en enthousiasmeren van geschikte kandidaten.
  • Voeren van intakegesprekken en diepgaande interviews met kandidaten.
  • Begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het volledige sollicitatie- en plaatsingsproces.
  • Opstellen en presenteren van kandidaatprofielen aan klanten.
  • Proactief volgen van marktontwikkelingen en signaleren van commerciële kansen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en bijdragen aan de groei en ontwikkeling van het team.
  • Realiseren en overtreffen van individuele commerciële en recruitmenttargets.

  • Heb je meerdere jaren ervaring binnen recruitment of een vergelijkbare commerciële dienstverlening.
  • Beschik je over sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Kun je zelfstandig een klantenportefeuille en recruitmentprocessen beheren.
  • Kun je snel schakelen tussen verschillende stakeholders en prioriteiten.
  • Heb je een professionele uitstraling en bent je in staat om op senior niveau met klanten en kandidaten te communiceren.
