Senior Accountant | Aalst or Brussels

Our partner is a fast-growing international tech consulting group looking for an autonomous and driven accountant to lead Belgian operations. Why apply? This newly created role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of accounting processes across several Belgian entities and to actively shape the future finance structure of the region. Manage end-to-end accounting for several Belgian entities (GL, AP/AR, payroll, tax). Ensure timely and accurate monthly closings and financial reporting. Collaborate with FP&A, legal and business teams to streamline financial processes. Liaise with external stakeholders (auditors, tax advisors, corporate secretary). Guarantee data accuracy and implement improvements when needed. Play a key role in setting up a finance delivery center for future European expansion. Handle ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives. Experience: 3–5 years in accounting, with strong knowledge of Belgian tax and payroll. Languages: Fluent in French and English.
