Functieomschrijving

You coordinate and ensure the smooth delivery of the assessments, online or face-to-face
You liaise with candidates, suppliers, volunteers, committee members, speakers, examiners and hosts
You work closely with the subcommittee, attending their meetings, taking minutes and ensuring the implementation of their decisions and policies.
You work closely with the Registration, IT, Finance, Education and Communication departments.
You carry out various organisational and administrative tasks such as maintaining examination data, drafting reports, updating procedures and policies, and promoting courses and examinations.

You hold a bachelor's degree or higher qualification and have at least three years' relevant experience in project, administration, event, examination or programme coordination
English excellent level
You have a special interest in education and training.
You are a methodical and meticulous organiser who maintains high standards and pays close attention to detail.
You show a diplomatic attitude, making it easy for you to interact and communicate in a mature and professional manner within and outside the organisation.
You are willing to travel by plane (7-8 times a year).
You are willing to deliver activities scheduled on weekends (9-10 weekends a year).
