Voor een vooraanstaande overheidsorganisatie die Brussel nationaal en internationaal op de kaart zet, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Legal Officer (tijdelijk).

Verantwoordelijkheden



  • Analyseren, opstellen en redigeren van uiteenlopende overeenkomsten (zoals sponsoring-, partner- en aankoopcontracten).
  • Bijvoorbeeld voor verplichtingen rondom sponsorcampagnes zorg je dat alle juridische en corporate risico's helder worden uitgelegd aan de interne belanghebbenden.
  • Waken over het contractuele evenwicht en de strikte naleving van het verbintenissenrecht en de regelgeving rond overheidsopdrachten binnen de publieke sector.
  • Samenwerken met het team van 4 aankopers.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor hun juridische vragen en adviseert over de te volgen procedures op basis van de aankoopbedragen (hoe hoger het bedrag, hoe complexer het advies).
  • Coördineren van het ondertekeningsproces, bewaken van deadlines en toezien op de correcte uitvoering van alle gemaakte afspraken en conventies.
  • Zorgen voor het klassement, de archivering, de digitale verwerking van de overeenkomsten en de opvolging van de interne juridische mailbox.
  • Actief deelnemen aan teamoverleggen, fungeren als de schakel naar interne SPOC’s, bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van interne procedures en het actueel houden van je eigen juridische kennis.



Kwalificaties



  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans en een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Bij voorkeur relevante werkervaring binnen de publieke sector.
  • Master in de Rechten met specialisatie in Publiek Recht (indien geen ervaring in de publieke sector).
  • Zelfstandig en autonoom kunnen werken.
  • Concrete, heldere en duidelijke communicatievaardigheden.
