As a Deviation Specialist at Vulcain Engineering Belgium, you will work on projects in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries, from process design to commissioning, and be involved in all phases of a project according to your interests.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Identify, record, and track deviations in production.
• Investigate root causes and assess impact on product quality.
• Propose, implement, and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with GMP and internal procedures.
• Communicate with production and quality teams on deviation status.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce recurring incidents.

ABOUT YOU:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in bioengineering, biotechnology, biological engineering or related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech regulations and standards (mostly GMP)
• Analytical mindset, growing autonomy, and team spirit
• Willingness to travel to project sites
