The Role

We're looking for a Content Strategist to own content strategy, storytelling, and tone of voice across all our brands — making sure every piece of copy that ships is on-brand, accurate, and well written. You'll write Content Briefs for strategic work, give final sign-off on copy from our Copywriter and Translators, and build the guidelines that let our content scale across markets.

What You’ll Do

• Own content strategy and storytelling across all brand touchpoints, keeping each brand's voice distinct
• Write Content Briefs for strategic work, translating product benefits into customer-focused narratives
• Execute and own copy for key strategic deliverables: brand positioning, special projects, new brand launches, and packaging copy
• Own the branding and translation quality gates on copy produced by the Copywriter and Translators — full review for new or revised listings, a lighter pass for routine updates
• Act as indirect lead for the Copywriter and Translators: give craft direction and final sign-off on BAU work
• Audit existing on-site content against tone-of-voice guidelines, flag what's off-brand or underperforming, and maintain a prioritized revamp roadmap
• Own and maintain our content best-practice guidelines, incorporating input from Amazon, DTC, Wholesale, and Brand stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Must-have: 5+ years in content strategy, brand copywriting, or content operations
• Must-have: Complete fluency in English with exceptional written grammar and editorial precision
• Must-have: Direct experience writing and enforcing content briefs, and reviewing/approving other people's copy for brand tone and quality
• Must-have: Proven experience developing content for brands and owning their tone xlxgzvr of voice, with a portfolio to show it
• Must-have: Comfortable coordinating multiple concurrent projects and giving clear direction without formal authority over prioritization
• Nice-to-have: Experience coordinating copywriters or translators, familiarity with SEO/GEO principles, or background with sustainable/eco-friendly brands
