Als Customer Service Expert behandel & coördineer je de meest complexe vragen en klachten van klanten afkomstig van verschillende kanalen (Social Media, Mediator, Press, Communities,...). Je hanteert de nodige humor als je via sociale media op vragen van klanten antwoordt maar blijft altijd professioneel (move over, Bol.com!) Je ben een ambassadeur van het merk en werkt mee aan de digitalisering van Customer Support. Werk je graag van thuis? Dat kan 50% van de tijd (na opleiding)! Kom je liever naar kantoor?
