Votre mission au quotidien
Appeler les clients pour récolter les infos manquantes.
Encoder les données et assurer le suivi administratif.
Répondre aux questions générales avec professionnalisme.
Votre profil
À l’aise au téléphone, orienté client et positif.
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques.
Organisé, proactif, autonome et résistant au stress.
Expérience en call center exigée.
Disponible du lundi au vendredi + samedi matin.
Maîtrise d’une ou plusieurs langues étrangères = atout
