Experienced Accountant - Clear Path Towards Finance Director

An established and growing care organisation in the Antwerp region is looking to strengthen its finance team with an experienced Accountant who has the ambition to grow into a broader finance leadership role over time.

This is not just another accounting position.

The organisation is looking for someone who wants to take ownership, broaden their responsibilities and ultimately develop towards a Finance Director position.

Your opportunity

You will start from a strong accounting foundation and progressively take on broader responsibilities across the finance function, including:

• Financial reporting and management reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Financial analysis and controlling
• Internal controls and process optimisation
• Statutory accounting and reporting
• Business partnering with management
• Progressively taking ownership of the wider Finance function

The ideal profile

We are looking for an experienced Accountant who is ready for their next career step.

You have:

• Strong experience across accounting and financial reporting
• A solid technical accounting foundation
• An analytical and structured approach
• A proactive, hands-on mentality
• The confidence to work directly with management
• A genuine interest in improving processes and systems
• The ambition to develop into a Finance Director
