Voor een internationale organisatie in regio Limburg ben ik op zoek naar een ervaren Freelance Senior Credit Controller die op korte termijn een internationale klantenportfolio kan overnemen.
In deze opdracht ligt de nadruk sterk op hands-on credit control. Je bewaakt niet alleen de openstaande vorderingen, maar gaat actief op zoek naar de reden waarom betalingen uitblijven en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers vooruitgaan.
Je staat daarbij rechtstreeks in contact met klanten én de interne business en durft beide partijen te challengen wanneer nodig.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
→ Beheren en opvolgen van een internationale klantenportfolio
→ Actieve opvolging van openstaande vorderingen en overdue accounts
→ Uitvoeren en bewaken van het dunningproces
→ Telefonisch opvolgen van klanten en betalingsafspraken
→ Analyseren waarom betalingen uitblijven en proactief actie ondernemen
→ Afstemmen met de interne business om disputen en blokkeringen op te lossen
→ Zorgen voor een correcte en gestructureerde opvolging van dossiers
Wie zoeken we?
→ Ruime ervaring binnen Credit Control / Collections
→ Hands-on ingesteld en sterk in telefonische opvolging
→ Assertief en comfortabel met het challengen van klanten en stakeholders
→ Gestructureerd, zelfstandig en communicatief sterk
→ Goede professionele kennis van Nederlands, Frans, Duits én Engels
→ Beschikbaar om op korte termijn op te starten
