En tant qu'Office Operations & Experience Coordinator, tu fais partie du cœur battant de l'entreprise, en collaborant avec tous les départements (retail & online customer experience, logistic, marketing, H.R., ...)

Ton rôle est double : garantir une gestion opérationnelle fluide de nos bureaux (Office Operations) et offrir la meilleure expérience possible, tant pour nos clients au travers d'un support de haute qualité, que pour nos collaborateurs au travers de ton implication dans la vie de notre siège de Wavre (Experience coordinator).

Si tu es parfaitement trilingue NL/FR/EN ; si tu es force de proposition et autonome ; si tu aimes le travail en équipe et le contact avec les clients et les prestataires externes ; si ton but est de participer à l'amélioration continue de la satisfaction client et au renforcement de l'engagement des collaborateurs de l'entreprise ; si ta motivation réside dans l'atteinte de tes objectifs plutôt que dans un cadre horaire rigide : tu es la personne que nous recherchons !

RESPONSABILITES :

Office Operations

  • Accueil et suivi : recevoir et orienter les visiteurs, clients et prestataires avec courtoisie ; gérer les appels et courriels entrants, prendre des messages ou transférer vers les interlocuteurs concernés ; réception, tri et distribution du courrier postal et des colis ; préparation des envois ; ...
  • Faciliter le quotidien des équipes au bureau : gérer les stocks de fournitures ; être l'interlocuteur privilégié des prestataires externes, ...
  • Onboarding : préparer l'arrivée des nouveaux collaborateurs (matériel, welcome packs, ...).

Experience Coordinator

  • Customer Support & S.A.V. : assurer le suivi des demandes clients avec réactivité en ciblant leurs besoins ; identifier et résoudre les incidents opérationnels et techniques et proposer des solutions adaptées ; gérer la CRM et le suivi des dossiers jusqu'à leur clôture ; gérer le suivi de commandes (retours, modifications, remboursements, ...) ; remonter les feedbacks récurrents des clients aux services concernés ; transformer chaque interaction en une expérience positive.
  • Event Coordination : imaginer, planifier et orchestrer nos événements internes (team buildings, afterworks, séminaires) et externes (évènements clients, collaborations). xqknzec
  • Culture d'entreprise : être le garant de la bonne ambiance au bureau et proposer des initiatives pour animer la vie d'équipe.
