We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Belgium and play a central role in identifying and attracting the people who will help us grow our consulting business.
Your role
You will work closely with our Business Managers and have a direct connection with the business. Understanding our clients, our projects and the profiles we need will be an important part of your day-to-day role.
You will be responsible for identifying, approaching and engaging talented professionals and guiding them throughout the recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively sourcing and approaching potential candidates
- Conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process from first contact to offer
- Working closely with Business Managers to understand current and future business needs
- Developing a strong understanding of our markets, clients and consulting activities
- Building and maintaining a strong network of talents
- Identifying profiles that can create new business opportunities and support our growth
- Contributing to our recruitment strategy, employer branding and talent initiatives
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who enjoys recruitment but also has a genuine interest in business.

- You have a Master's degree , a first professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a people-oriented business is a plus
