Gestionnaire de Paie (H/F/X) — CDI — Charleroi
Notre client, un acteur majeur du secteur de la construction et des infrastructures routières en Belgique, recherche un(e) Gestionnaire de Paie pour renforcer son équipe RH basée à Charleroi.
Vos missions:
Vous assurez le traitement complet de la paie pour un périmètre de collaborateurs (ouvriers et employés), de la collecte des variables jusqu'à l'émission des fiches de paie. Vous gérez les déclarations sociales (DmfA, précomptes, etc.) et assurez le suivi administratif du personnel (contrats, avenants, entrées/sorties).
Vous êtes l'interlocuteur(trice) de premier niveau pour les questions des collaborateurs liées à la paie et vous veillez au respect de la législation sociale belge et des conventions collectives du secteur.
Votre profil:
Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier en ressources humaines, droit social, ou équivalent par expérience. Vous justifiez d'une première expérience en gestion de la paie (0 à 2 ans), stage compris. Vous maîtrisez un logiciel de paie (type SD Worx, Partena, ou similaire) ainsi que les outils bureautiques courants.
Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous faites preuve de discrétion et d'un bon relationnel.
Une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l'anglais est un atout.
