Van ERP Consulting naar ownership en projectlead
Nog een ERP-implementatie bij een volgende klant, of liever zelf mee richting geven aan één ERP-landschap?
Voor een internationale industriële organisatie zoeken we een ERP Application & Implementation Lead die de stap wil zetten van consulting naar interne verantwoordelijkheid.
Je combineert ERP application management, implementatie en projectlead en groeit uit tot het centrale aanspreekpunt voor ERP binnen de organisatie.
Jouw rol
Het ERP-landschap werd recent verder uitgebouwd en gaat nu een volgende fase in: stabilisatie, optimalisatie en verdere internationale roll-outs.
Daarin neem je een trekkende rol op.
Concreet:
De focus ligt niet op alles zelf oplossen, maar op structuur brengen, prioriteiten bepalen en zorgen dat projecten en verbeteringen vooruitgaan.
ERP staat hier dicht bij de dagelijkse operatie. Daardoor werk je op het kruispunt van business, processen en technologie.
Ook het bredere applicatielandschap komt aan bod, met aandacht voor integraties, data, AI en verdere digitalisering.
Wie zoeken we?
We zoeken bewust niet uitsluitend iemand die vandaag al ERP Manager of Application Owner is.
Deze rol kan een sterke volgende stap zijn voor een:
Belangrijk is vooral dat je een stevige functionele ERP-basis hebt en ervaring hebt met implementaties, roll-outs, configuratie, support of procesoptimalisatie.
Ervaring binnen productie, industrie, supply chain of logistiek is een duidelijke troef.
Ook ervaring met een gekend manufacturing ERP-platform is relevant. Kennis van het specifieke ERP-systeem van de organisatie is geen vereiste.
Je bent analytisch, pragmatisch en sterk in stakeholdermanagement. Je voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met zowel gebruikers als management en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.
Een vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels is belangrijk.
