Brunel is voor een langdurige opdracht in Brussel op zoek naar een ervaren Scrum Master.

Over deze functie
Voor deze opdracht zoeken we een ervaren Scrum Master die Agile teams begeleidt, samenwerking faciliteert en de toepassing van Scrum-principes bewaakt. Je ondersteunt teams in hun verdere groei naar maturiteit en helpt hen om efficiënt en resultaatgericht samen te werken.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Je werkt in een hybride regime waarbij je afwisselend van thuis uit en vanuit het kantoor in Brussel werkt.
Over jou
Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master binnen een Agile softwareontwikkelingsomgeving.
Je bent vertrouwd met Scrum, Kanban en Agile coaching en weet teams op een pragmatische manier te begeleiden naar meer autonomie en betere samenwerking.
Wat breng je mee?
Vloeiend in Nederlands of Frans, aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Engels.
