Finance Intern

We are recruiting a Finance Intern to join our team in Brussels, Belgium!

Location: 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Brussels, Belgium

Department: Finance

Internship Duration: Student Contract, 20 hours/week for 12 months; or CIP Apprenticeship Contract, 6-month internship.

Schedule: Partial

Paid internship: Compliant with Belgian statutory wage standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Invoice Processing: Learn how to ensure the proper handling of received invoices and expense documents.

2.Payment process: Assisting the payment process.

3.Tax Preparation: Study and understand various tax types and assist in their correct handling.

4.Assist in completing various data organization and document organization tasks.

5.Comprehensive Administration: Assist the Finance Department in completing administrative tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations.

Competency Requirements:

1.Current students majoring in finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields;

2.Priority will be given to candidates residing in Brussels with easy access to the office for commuting;

3.Fluent in Chinese (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus.

4.Sensitive to numbers;

5.Proficient in the use of basic computer software and office applications;

6.Internships lasting 6 to 12 months may commence in September or October 2026.

7.Candidates with prior internship or part-time experience in similar or administrative roles are preferred.
