Are you an experienced construction professional who thrives in complex civil engineering environments? Do you combine strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise and a passion for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget?
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Construction Execution & Preparation to join a major infrastructure project and take ownership of critical project scopes from preparation through execution.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead project teams across major construction and civil engineering works
Manage all aspects of your project scope including:
Coordinate the transition from design phase to construction phase
Manage interfaces between multiple project areas and contractors
Monitor risks, deviations, inspections, and verification activities
Ensure efficient project delivery while minimizing environmental and community impact
Drive planning, procurement, execution, and successful project handover
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of construction experience
Strong experience in civil infrastructure projects
Proven leadership experience managing project teams
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Solution-oriented and proactive mindset
Valid VOL-VCA certification
Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of English and French
