Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Roll-Out Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute deployment and roll-out activities across business and IT teams. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth deployments, user adoption, operational readiness, and successful transition into steady-state operations.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, project coordination, communication, and change management skills, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multilingual teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate detailed roll-out schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deployment activities across multiple teams and locations.
• Collaborate with development, testing, operations, business, and support teams to ensure deployment readiness.
• Validate readiness checklists, environments, support structures, and business preparedness prior to deployment.
• Monitor deployment progress, track issues, identify risks, and escalate challenges to ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are maintained.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for end users, operations, and support teams.
• Maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, user guides, and rollout status reports.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and track rollout KPIs, including adoption rates, incident volumes, and user satisfaction metrics.
• Conduct post-deployment reviews, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support hypercare activities, troubleshooting efforts, and transition to operational support teams.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the rollout lifecycle.
• Define and maintain rollback and contingency procedures to minimize deployment risks.
• Establish and monitor readiness and adoption metrics to measure rollout effectiveness.
• Coordinate multiple rollout initiatives simultaneously while ensuring governance and delivery standards are met.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Knowledge

• Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of deployment and configuration management tools including Ansible, Puppet, and SCCM.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise information systems.
• Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance practices, including UAT and Regression Testing.
• Experience supporting deployments involving enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SAP, and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of change management methodologies such as ADKAR and Prosci.
• Familiarity with collaboration and training platforms including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience coordinating software, infrastructure, or enterprise application rollouts within complex environments.

Preferred Certifications

One or more of the following certifications is considered an asset:

• ITIL® 4 Foundation
• PRINCE2® Foundation or Practitioner
• Equivalent project, service management, or change management certification

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• French or Dutch (written and spoken) is considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to participate effectively in multilingual meetings and stakeholder engagements.
