Nouvelle mission : Support au Responsable Account Managers B2B

Nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Senior pour le compte d'un acteur majeur et fournisseur d'électricité et de gaz en Belgique. Vous interviendrez au cœur des enjeux liés à la transition énergétique.
La Mission :
- Type de contrat : Mission de consultance / Freelance à temps plein.
- Durée : 14 mois (renouvelable).
- Démarrage : Novembre 2026.
- Lieu : Gosselies (Hybride : minimum 2 jours sur site par semaine).
Vos Responsabilités :
- Structurer, planifier (roadmap) et coordonner les nouvelles initiatives transverses de l'équipe Account Management.
- Créer des présentations percutantes (storylining) et mettre en place des tableaux de bord (KPIs/Excel) pour le suivi des objectifs.
- Faciliter la collaboration interne et élaborer des supports de communication liés au parcours client.
- Préparer les réunions d'équipe, rédiger les comptes rendus et suivre les plans d'action.
Le Profil Recherché :
- Expérience : Consultant Senior avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience. Une expérience dans le secteur de l'énergie (spécialement en attribution des capacités électriques) est requise.
- Formation : Bachelier minimum (un Master en sciences commerciales est un grand plus). xlxgzvr
- Compétences : Excellente communication orale et écrite, rigueur, résistance au stress, autonomie et esprit d'équipe.
