About the role
The Technical Solutions Architect will provide technical and domain leadership by working closely with RedHat and senior Arrow staff in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, and support modernizing data center solutions for partners and customers. They will also support the sales and vendor teams with data center pre-sales technical and technology activities across the data center portfolio of products and services offered by Arrow. The activities will support Arrow partners, SI’s, MSP’s and Resellers in both a technical and commercial capacity.
They will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars and providing technical advice and support for customers, including on-site installations.
