Notre client recherche actuellement un IT Support (Helpdesk) Team Leader FR/NL
Votre Mission :
Dans un contexte de transformation IT et de renforcement de sa gouvernance, notre client recherche un(e) Team Leader IT Service Desk capable d’allier leadership opérationnel, structuration des processus et amélioration continue.
Vous prenez la responsabilité d’un Service Desk (5-6 agents) et êtes un acteur clé de la gouvernance ITIL que vous faites évoluer vers un modèle plus structuré, performant et orienté services.
Vous rapportez au Head of IT Solution Delivery.
Votre mission comporte les 2 volets suivants :

Pilotage du IT Service Desk
Votre lieu de travail
Vous travaillez au siège social d'Anderlecht de manière hybride.
