Your daily missions:

• Ensure strict and timely follow-up of the purchasing process, including the creation of purchase orders within the required deadlines.
• Support internal stakeholders and suppliers with purchase order-related matters in SAP and the Ariba Network.
• Create, modify, and adapt purchase orders in SAP across different purchasing groups.
• Create and monitor contracts in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. xlxgzvr
• Monitor and manage functional mailboxes, ensuring requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to implement improvement

Profil:

• Goede kennis van SAP MM en Microsoft-toepassingen
• Kennis van SAP Ariba is een pluspunt
• Goede analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden
• Het vermogen om een goede relatie op te bouwen met interne klanten
• Proactief zijn en vlot communiceren
• Kennis van het inkoopproces is essentieel
