SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for an experienced Design / Geotechnical Engineer to join a specialist engineering environment in Belgium.
The role combines geotechnical and structural design with practical project support, requiring close collaboration with project, engineering and construction teams throughout both the design and execution phases.
The successful candidate will contribute to technically challenging projects by developing practical engineering solutions, supporting project delivery and identifying opportunities to improve designs from both a technical and commercial perspective.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Qualification in Geotechnical, Civil or Industrial Engineering Minimum 5 years' relevant professional experience Previous experience within a geotechnical and\/or structural engineering design office Strong understanding of engineering design within a construction environment Experience with geotechnical calculations and technical design Ability to interpret technical information and develop practical engineering solutions Exposure to reinforced concrete and\/or structural steel calculations would be advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary project and construction teams Detail-oriented, technically curious and solutions-driven Fluent French - essential Professional working proficiency in English - essential Willing and able to work in Belgium Consultant: Megan Mc Master - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
