Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email in Dutch/French.
- Resolve disputes and escalate issues. Collaborate with various departments and
stakeholders to provide a first-class player experience.
- Assist players with technical troubleshooting.
- Educate players on game rules and features.
- Stay informed and provide feedback. Keep up to date with the latest products,
promotions, and regulatory changes in the online gambling industry.
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in Dutch OR French, and English is essential.
- Able to work on a shift basis across weekdays and weekends.
- No working experience is required
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
