Are you looking for a Finance Controller position where you can go beyond reporting and directly influence business performance and operational efficiency?

Our partner is a Belgian technology group supporting large organisations, public authorities and SMEs with complex IT and digital infrastructure challenges.

To strengthen its Finance organisation, the company is looking for a Controller who can combine financial analysis, business partnering, process improvement and BID Management in one broad and hands-on role.

• Monitor financial results and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, budgets and cash-flow forecasts;
  
• Translate financial data into clear analyses and recommendations for management;
  
• Coordinate BID Management activities, including public tenders, deadlines and administrative follow-up;
  
• Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales and Back Office while supporting the organisation of more complex dossiers;
  
• Improve financial, administrative and business processes, including the further optimisation of ERP and CRM systems.

• You have a solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting and controlling, combined with strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  
• You are comfortable with Excel and interested in business processes and systems;
  experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a strong advantage;
  
• You communicateprofessionally in English and Dutch or French, work autonomously and proactively, and enjoy taking ownership in a broad business-oriented role.

• A broad Finance role with significantly more variety than a traditional controlling position;
