As a Project Manager at Methis Consulting Belgium, you’ll work on high-impact projects for top-tier companies in the energy & mobility industry. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring seamless delivery of cutting-edge solutions. Our HQ is in Antwerp, but our consultants work in a hybrid mode at the clients site (2 to 3 days a week) and from home. The ideal candidate has proven experience in IT implementation projects.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects across the utilities domain (energy, water, gas, grid operations, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure project milestones and budgets are met.
• Oversee project documentation, risk management, and status reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data governance, and cybersecurity standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews and process optimization.

What we are looking for:

• Master's degree in a business economics, business engineering or technology-oriented field (ICT, business analytics, engineering, computer science)
• 3–7+ years experience managing IT projects in the utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of utility business processes and systems (e.g., GIS, SCADA, SAP IS-U, AMI, outage management).
• Proven success in delivering IT upgrades, digital platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project methodologies: Agile, PRINCE2, or PMI/PMP.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with working with JIRA or Azure Devops
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, asset management systems, or smart grid technology is a nice to have.
• Mother tongue French or Dutch and can express yourself in the other language. Your English is professional.
