What you will do

• Act as first point of contact for our users: level 1 and 2 support, ticketing (Freshdesk), onboarding and offboarding;
• Manage the workstation lifecycle with Intune and Autopilot, plus printers and peripherals;
• Administer our Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) and help operate Windows servers, Hyper-V and RDS;
• Contribute to network operations (firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, IPsec VPN), backups and business continuity;
• Support our ERP (Silicon Master / ODOO), contribute to its migration, and help with reporting (Power BI, Crystal Reports);
• Apply and strengthen our security posture: MFA, conditional access, hardening, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, user awareness;

What we are looking for

Must have:

• Solid command of Microsoft 365 and Windows administration (workstations and servers);
• Good networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewall, Wi-Fi);
• Around 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of IT education and hands-on practice (minimum 1 year);
• Proficiency in French and English;
• Autonomy, rigour and a genuine service orientation.

Nice to have:

• Intune, Active Directory / Entra ID, Hyper-V, RDS;
• PowerShell scripting;
• ERP, SQL, Crystal Reports or Power BI experience;
• Exposure to NIS2 / CyberFundamentals;
• Dutch.
