Program ManagementOfficer (PMO)

We are looking for a Program Management Officer (PMO) (5 years of experience) to support a strategic Data Transformation Program in Brussels. This is a six-month assignment with a hybrid working model of 50% onsite and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Lead Program Manager in the daily management of the transformation program.
• Coordinate governance bodies, steering committees, management committees and program review meetings.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, action logs and decision registers.
• Follow up on decisions, actions and execution commitments across all initiatives.
• Maintain the consolidated program roadmap and planning.
• Consolidate planning information from the three initiatives.
• Monitor key deliverables and highlight deviations requiring management attention.
• Prepare recurring management reports and steering committee packages.
• Consolidate KPIs, milestones, budgets, dependencies and risks into executive dashboards.
• Prepare management presentations for senior stakeholders and Executive Management.
• Maintain consistent reporting standards across all initiatives.
• Manage documentation, version control and governance artefacts.
• Support project and portfolio management tools, including Excel, Planner and SharePoint.

Must-Have Requirements

• You have experience supporting large programs or strategic initiatives.
• You understand portfolio and project management methodologies.
• You have experience with budget tracking and financial reporting.
• You have experience preparing executive reports and presentations.
• You have advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• You have experience using SharePoint and collaboration tools.
• You understand program governance and reporting processes.
• You have experience working with senior stakeholders and management committees.
• You have experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and delivery teams simultaneously.
• English proficiency.
• You have sound knowledge of Dutch OR French.
