Our client is looking for a Medior Test Specialist to join the FOCUS Team Focus Case Management department.
In this role you will be responsible for preparing executing and following up on testing activities across the case management application landscape. You will support projects and system changes by developing test scenarios performing functional and regression testing and helping ensure stable high-quality releases.
Working closely with business analysts developers and key stakeholders you will contribute to a structured and professional testing approach and help continuously improve overall software quality.
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated testing professional who takes ownership works independently and is comfortable operating within a mission-critical and quality-focused environment.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills Required Expertise in statistics and machine learning 7 to 10 years of experience in data science ideally in the healthcare sector Knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA GMP ISO) Excellent written and spoken English Ability to write detailed technical documentation in English Proficiency in R and/or Python Expected Soft Skills Rigor autonomy and strong organizational skills Ability to work in a multicultural and project-based environment Strong interpersonal skills: listening teaching simplification synthesis Service-oriented and scientifically driven mindset Ability to lead and collaborate remotely Flexibility regarding project changes and scheduling constraints Effective in reporting and meeting facilitation
