Tech Lead - B2B Digital Customer Interaction Platform

As part of the B2B Digital Customer Interaction Platform Team within the BEAT (Business Excellence Acceleration & Transformation) Tribe, you will help shape and deliver the digital roadmap for our B2B customers. Our team owns the platforms that power customer and employee interactions, ensuring they remain reliable, scalable, secure, and ready for the future. As Tech Lead, you will play a key role in defining the technical direction of these platforms while guiding teams toward quality and sustainable solutions.

Your role as Tech Lead
As the tech Lead, you combine hands-on expertise with strategic thinking to help us deliver the best digital experiences for our customers.

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for the Digital Customer Interaction Platform.
• Translate business challenges into scalable, sustainable, and future-proof technology solutions.
• Guide development teams on architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices.
• Promote code quality, automation, CI/CD, and the reduction of technical debt.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and technology partners.
• Evaluate and challenge technical proposals to ensure the best balance between business value, quality, and maintainability.
• Foster technical excellence by sharing knowledge, coaching developers, and encouraging innovation.
  

Your profile as Tech Lead
You are a senior technology professional who enjoys solving challenges and helping teams succeed.

• You have at least 8 years of experience in software development, including several years in a senior or lead role.
• You have strong hands-on expertise in Java and Angular, and can guide teams in designing and delivering modern cloud-native applications.
• You are comfortable working across the full stack and have experience designing scalable and maintainable solutions, leveraging practices such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture, and Micro-Frontend architectures.
• You have a strong understanding of software design patterns, clean coding principles, CI/CD practices, API design, and complex integration landscapes.
• You can translate complex technical topics into clear recommendations and effectively communicate them to both technical and business stakeholders.
• You are passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering customer value through technology.
