En tant qu'Engineering & Technical Manager, vous prenez la responsabilité d'une équipe multidisciplinaire regroupant des superviseurs, techniciens, dessinateurs et collaborateurs maintenance. Véritable référent technique du site, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le développement des produits, l'amélioration continue des procédés et l'optimisation des performances industrielles.
Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Encadrer, développer et accompagner une équipe technique composée de 5 à 15 collaborateurs.
  • Apporter votre expertise aux équipes Qualité dans la définition et l'amélioration des procédés de fabrication.
  • Collaborer avec les achats pour la validation technique des fournisseurs et la réalisation d'audits.
  • Assurer les contacts avec les organismes de certification et les laboratoires externes dans le cadre des homologations produits.
  • Participer aux développements de nouveaux produits et aux projets R&D en collaboration avec des équipes internationales.
  • Concevoir et faire évoluer des solutions techniques répondant aux besoins des clients.
  • Superviser la réalisation des plans, prototypes et dossiers techniques.
  • Soutenir les équipes commerciales en tant qu'expert produit.
  • Piloter les projets d'amélioration continue et les démarches Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen et 5S.
  • Optimiser les outils de production et contribuer aux projets de réduction des coûts et de transfert industriel.
  • Garantir la mise en place et le respect des procédures et de la documentation technique.



Profiel kandidaat

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur industriel ou civil en électromécanique, mécanique, électronique ou équivalent par expérience.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans ce type de fonction.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (obligatoire), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
  • Première expérience réussie dans la gestion d'équipes techniques.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projets industriels.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de conception 3D, idéalement SolidWorks.
  • Connaissance des méthodologies Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen et 5S.
  • Capacité à évoluer aussi bien sur le terrain qu'au niveau stratégique.
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et orientation client.
  • Esprit pragmatique, sens des priorités et forte orientation résultats.
