As Office Manager, you will act as the central point of contact for all office-related matters and play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and welcoming work environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily operations and overall organization of the office.
  • Coordinating suppliers, facility management partners, and external service providers.
  • Ensuring office spaces are functional, well-maintained, and fully equipped.
  • Organizing internal meetings, events, and company activities.
  • Managing office budgets, invoices, and administrative processes.
  • Supporting HR-related administration, including onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and meeting logistics.
  • Providing administrative support to the local leadership team.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.

  • You have previous experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar position.
  • You can demonstrate a successful track record in a professional office environment.
  • You have an excellent command of English combined with either French or Dutch.
  • Knowledge of the third language (French or Dutch) is considered a strong asset.
  • You are highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • You have strong attention to detail and a professional approach.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office and common administrative tools.
