En tant que Legal Counsel - Compliance, vous serez un véritable partenaire juridique et Compliance du Head of Compliance.

Vos responsabilités incluront notamment :

  • Assurer la veille juridique et réglementaire et analyser son impact sur l'organisation.
  • Rédiger, mettre à jour et assurer le suivi des politiques, procédures et guidelines internes.
  • Apporter un support juridique sur les différentes problématiques Compliance.
  • Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre du cadre Compliance.
  • Assurer le suivi des KPI Compliance et du reporting interne.
  • Accompagner le Head of Compliance dans différents projets réglementaires et Compliance.
  • Traduire les exigences réglementaires en recommandations concrètes et pragmatiques.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et contrôles internes.

  • Master en Droit.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente en Legal et/ou Compliance.
  • Bonne connaissance des problématiques Compliance et réglementaires, idéalement dans le secteur financier.
  • Expérience en veille réglementaire ainsi qu'en rédaction de politiques et procédures.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de rédaction et de synthèse.
  • Capacité à transformer des exigences réglementaires complexes en solutions concrètes.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément.
  • Excellentes compétences communicationnelles.
  • Français courant ; l'anglais constitue un atout.
